All of these investigative cases contain information that the accused would like to have published. The opinions or account of this information is not necessarily the opinion of C. J. Ford Private Investigations, however, when we do express our opinions or views this is noted as such.

We will not publish anything on this web site that will compromise an investigative action in progress, or intentionally attempt to degrade or embarrass any person or agency that worked on a specific case. However, if an inmate express an opinion or view that he was wrongfully accused or there was an “Ineffective Assistance of Counsel” issue we will publish that information and also allow rebuttal information.

C. J. Ford Private Investigations usually works cases where there were “Ineffective Assistance of Counsel” issues that effected the investigative portion of the case. This is why we do reserve the right to make comments and opinions regarding the integrity, thoroughness, accuracy, or lack of any investigative related element in a case.
