INDIGENT CASES PENDING

IN THE EVALUATION STAGE

The following list are cases that are presently being evaluated. This is a long process. The following phases must be completed satisfactory.

Phase One- Receipt of initial letter from inmate.

Phase Two- Receipt of completed packet that we send to them.

Phase Three- Receipt of discovery from former attorney’s

Phase Four- Final Evaluation by Investigator

Phase Five- Pre Investigation of case

Phase Five- Executive Approval 

This process is on going. It depends on if the packet is completed properly. It depends on how fast we get the materials you approved us to get in the inmates behalf. It depends on the cooperation of your pass attorney and the availability of the discovery.
